Before YouTube, Jiu Jitsu traveled on VHS. A tape of matches or techniques got passed from hand to hand, copied, lent out and carried between academies, countries and generations. If you wanted to learn, someone had to share it with you.

Be Kind, Rewind celebrates that old-school culture of sharing. The name comes from the reminder printed on every rental tape. The "90" is a nod to the 90-minute tape, and to the 1990s, when Marcelo's own Jiu Jitsu journey began.

The butterfly shaped like an "M" is Marcelo's new logo. It stands for transformation, and it's made for anyone who wants to represent Marcelo, whether or not they train at his academies.
